Medical Social Worker – Inpatient (Permanent)

📍 White Plains, NY
🕒 Full-Time | Day Shift
💰 Salary Range: $87,658.15 – $131,487.33
🎉 Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Join a top-ranked, Magnet-recognized hospital as a Medical Social Worker supporting patients across inpatient units. In this permanent role, you’ll provide psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, counseling, and coordination of care to ensure seamless transitions and compassionate support for patients and families.

Requirements:

• MSW and NY State license (LMSW or LCSW)
• 1–2 years of inpatient or hospital-based clinical experience must be on resume
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
