As a UX Researcher on the team, you will partner with chief scientists & engineers on a variety of projects ranging from true "boots on the ground" research opportunities to exploring the possibilities of leveraging AI/ChatGPT technology. Sr UX Researcher Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of stakeholders utilizing AI and ChatPT technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights for user experience improvements.
- Design and iterate on digital services ensuring they align with user expectations and industry standards.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform the design process and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to implement user-centric design solutions that enhance AI technologies.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and optimize user interfaces and experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the project's digital capabilities.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX research and communicating research findings to Senior-level stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $80/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
