We are seeking passionate and skilled therapists to join our team in two key roles: 0-5 Therapist and Adolescent & Adult Therapist .

Position Summary:

• 0-5 Therapist
  The 0-5 Therapist specializes in early childhood mental health, supporting young children and their caregivers through play therapy, family-centered interventions, and trauma-informed practices. This position offers competitive pay with the potential to earn up to $100,000+ annually through bonuses for client hours beyond the minimum requirement.

• Adolescent & Adult Therapist
  The Adolescent & Adult Therapist provides counseling services across the lifespan, focusing on teens, young adults, and adults. Caseloads can be tailored around areas of passion, such as adolescent development or postpartum care. This position also offers salary progression from associate to fully licensed levels, with substantial earning potential of $100,000+ annually through bonuses beyond the minimum requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and (when applicable) play therapy services
• Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans with measurable goals
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, etc.)
• Offer supportive counseling, family engagement, and crisis response
• Collaborate with schools, medical providers, and community resources
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR (Medicaid compliant)
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and continuing education
• Uphold trauma-informed, ethical, and culturally responsive standards of care

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Oregon licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Associate (required)
• Clinical experience working with children, families, adolescents, or adults
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, culturally competent care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EMR systems
• Must pass a background check and meet requirements for working with vulnerable populations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized training in early childhood development (ages 0-5)
• Familiarity with Play Therapy, PCIT, EMDR, DBT, or CBT
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities
