\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n• No call requirements
\n• Nevada RN license required prior to start
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
\n• Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience required
\n• Experience caring for Neuro Trauma and post Neuro-surgery patients required
\n• Preferred experience with post Alteplase and/or post Thrombectomy patients
\n• Preferred experience with post neurosurgical patients with external ventricular drains
\n• Care for patients with ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke, neurologic tumors, seizures, and general medical ICU conditions including DKA, sepsis, and respiratory issues
\n• May be required to float to other units based on competency level
\n• May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts
\n• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Eve + Day = 1 holiday)
\n• Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends and holidays
\n• Provide comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

\nThis medical center is the region's only Level II Trauma Center serving a 500-mile radius, featuring an 800 in-patient bed capacity with extremely busy and fast-paced operations. The facility operates two emergency rooms and treats over 80,000 ER and trauma patients annually. The Roseview ICU is an 18-bed Beacon Designated Intensive Care Unit providing multidisciplinary care specializing in neurological patients. The facility is home to the region's only children's hospital, leading robotic surgery institute, and comprehensive heart and cancer services, with state-of-the-art technologies including Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System and advanced imaging capabilities.
