\nJoin our client's team as a Home Health Registered Nurse, providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in home health and behavioral health nursing.

\n Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
\n• Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS for documentation, ensuring all records are completed on the same day.
\n• Manage a caseload of approximately 20•25 cases per week, achieving productivity points of 26•28 on average.
\n• Conduct patient visits primarily during branch hours (8am • 5pm), with flexibility for early or late appointments as needed.
\n• Attend mandatory in•person office meetings once a week.
\n
\n Qualifications:
\n
\n• Current RN license in the state of practice.
\n• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
\n• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a home health setting.
\n• Proficiency in HCHB and OASIS documentation.
\n• Experience in behavioral health home care is essential.
\n• Educational qualifications include a Diploma, Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in nursing with relevant experience.

\n Contract Details:
\n
\n• 13•week contract with a 40•hour workweek.
\n• No on•call or overtime requirements.
\n• All requested time off must be pre•approved and compensated for.
\n
\n Additional Information:
\n
\n• Orientation includes 2•3 days of training and team introduction.
\n• Scrub color is flexible.
\n• Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the territory or secure nearby housing if traveling.
