Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Lawton, Oklahoma — earn up to ($1922 - $2023 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting to ensure optimal recovery.
Achieve departmental targets and contribute to overall team success.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the team.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
Engage in performance evaluations to identify areas for personal growth.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Assist in training new staff members and sharing best practices.
Utilize electronic health records to document patient information accurately.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
Experience in MedSurg nursing with a focus on patient recovery.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control standards.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.
Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean work environment.
Willingness to assist in training and mentoring new staff.
