Position Overview: We are currently searching for a Truck Driver to join our team at our New Bremen location. In this role, you will safely transport products from our production facility to customer locations in a professional and timely manner, aligning with our corporate vision, mission statement, and core values. You will ensure that customer orders are handled according to our Quality Policy, safety procedures, and within the guidelines of the Department of Transportation.

Hours for this position are 5am to 1pm Monday through Friday with overtime as required Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport products to customer locations.
• Process customer orders to achieve corporate goals.
• Operate distribution services in compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Maintain tractor and trailer vehicle inspections according to DOT regulations.
• Coordinate production activities with purchasing, maintenance, and quality control to optimize production and resource utilization.
• Attend all safety training and promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications: Must-Have:

• Minimum age of 21 years .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL for interstate commerce.
• 2 years of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military driving experience.
• A satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• 5-7 years of driving experience with a Class A CDL.
• Forklift experience.
