Our Financial Services client is seeking a junior to mid-level UX Designer to join their team in San Antonio, Texas . This role is a W2 contract position; C2C and sponsorship are unavailable . Job Description As a UX (user experience) designer, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience of insurance products on Mobile Web, Apps, and Desktop . Your focus will be on making these platforms easier to use through human-centered design practices. You will conduct unmoderated user research using prototypes created in Figma , define goals and success metrics, synthesize findings, and report insights and recommendations to both design and business teams. Collaborating with your team and internal clients to determine design requirements and business objectives, you will present your designs and articulate sound design rationale, influencing stakeholders to adopt your solutions. Your ability to interpret strategic direction into coherent and effective experiences is essential. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Figma Visual Design skills Experience with Mural Familiarity with UserZoom Knowledge of Jira Additional Information The team is very close-knit, so the candidate must be able to ramp up quickly.
