Position Overview As a Web Designer at Mithoff Burton Partners, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling, user-friendly websites and digital assets that effectively communicate client brands and campaigns. Youll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to design websites that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, aligned with client goals and agency standards. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages using modern design principles. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure cohesive digital experiences. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas. Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance and SEO best practices. Incorporate client branding and messaging consistently across digital platforms. Optimize designs for various devices, browsers, and screen sizes. Stay updated on emerging web design trends, tools, and technologies. Assist in the production of digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and online ads. Qualifications Proven experience in web design, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency setting. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or similar. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and user-centric design. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
