Wedding Consultant – Join Our Dream Team

Do you love love? Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment? Our iconic Las Vegas wedding chapel is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Wedding Consultant (Full Time) to join our crew!
This is a sales-driven role in a high-volume setting , so confidence, charisma, and the ability to guide couples toward the perfect package is a must!
What You’ll Do:
·Greet and consult with couples, helping them select the best package for their big day
·Guide couples through the booking process and help them plan their dream ceremony
·Provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
·Coordinate with officiants, photographers, and staff to ensure smooth ceremonies
·Maintain accurate records using Word, Excel, and internal systems on a Mac
·Handle back-to-back weddings and fast-paced decision-making with professionalism
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
· Sales experience —you’re comfortable recommending and upselling services
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills (this is non-negotiable)
· Communicates clearly, kindly, and effectively
· Thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
· Is flexible and available evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Has reliable transportation
· Is comfortable using Mac computers, Word, and Excel
Compensation:
$13.00/hr. + commission + tips
