Position Summary

We are looking for a Scoping Manager with experience in Ericsson telecom equipment and site scoping tools . In this role, you will manage the end-to-end scoping process for wireless telecom sites. Your focus will be on reviewing site documents, preparing accurate Bills of Material (BOM), defining the Scope of Work (SOW), coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring all scoping deliverables are completed on time and with quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and review site documentation (Drone surveys, RFDS, CDs, MA/SA) from Site Tracker.
• Create and validate BOM and BOS (Bolt-on Services) using Ericsson’s ESR tool.
• Identify rigging, crane/lift needs, crew types, and potential site hazards.
• Redline RF engineering and civil documents to clarify SOW for field teams.
• Submit SOW, BOM, and related documents for review and approval.
• Coordinate meetings with Ericsson and Service Providers to confirm scope alignment.
• Maintain site updates, milestones, and status in Site Tracker.
• Calculate cycle times, create PM501 checklists, and complete required site templates (e.g., DE111, DE130).
• Manage scoping changes, excess material reviews, and request revisions as needed.
• Report tool issues and support resolution with Ericsson leads.
• Provide regular updates on project status and attend governance meetings.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in wireless telecom or site engineering roles, including 2+ years with Ericsson projects.
• Tools: Proficiency with Ericsson tools such as ESR, Site Tracker, DE111, DE130, and PM501 templates.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of wireless site equipment, materials, construction methods, and scoping workflows.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication; ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot document inconsistencies, scope gaps, and equipment issues early in the process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with macro site builds, add-on sales scoping, or site acquisition workflows.
• Experience working with third-party service providers and customer-facing scoping sessions.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
