Our client is looking for a dynamic Leasing Agent!

Leasing Agent Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of leasing experience in LIHTC properties
• Strong understanding of LIHTC compliance and affordable housing regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)
• Additional certifications in fair housing or LIHTC compliance a plus

Key Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective residents
• Screen applicants and process leasing paperwork in accordance with LIHTC regulations
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing guidelines
• Assist with annual recertifications and income verifications
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth
• Collaborate with property management and compliance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to maintain occupancy goals
