Are you an experienced HR & Payroll professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, people-focused organization? We’re looking for a Bilingual HR & Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly, multi-state payroll and benefits administration while supporting key HR initiatives that drive compliance and employee engagement.

What You’ll Do

Payroll & Benefits (50%)

  • Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare GL reports and reconcile benefit funding and invoices
  • Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations

HR Compliance (25%)

  • Conduct background checks and employment verifications
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and maintain HRIS data
  • Support compliance reporting and HR documentation

Employee Engagement (25%)

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Help plan employee appreciation events , training programs , and open enrollment sessions
  • Foster communication and engagement across the organization

What You’ll Bring

✅ Experience processing payroll ( ADP Workforce Now preferred)

✅ Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables)

Bilingual in English and Spanish

✅ A collaborative spirit and strong attention to detail
