We are seeking a motivated and personable door knocking acquisitions salesman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in various neighborhoods (Suffolk County NY), presenting our home-buying services, and scheduling appointments.

$150,000 (base + potential commission)

• Use our prospecting software to designate neighborhoods for door-knocking.
• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to identify and engage with homeowners interested in selling their homes.
• Present and explain our home-buying services to potential sellers.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to property acquisition.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress with potential sellers.
• Meet with the team a few times a week over Zoom.
• Talk to the team over Slack (Daily).

• Some experience in sales, real estate, or a related field.
• Willing to learn best practices in communicating with homeowners from our seasoned staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Comfortable dealing with difficult people.
• Speaks clearly and concisely. 
• Solid note taker.
