Job Description

Location: Sterling, VA
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:45 PM - 9:00 PM
Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for extension)
Dress Code: Business Professional
Pay: $15-18: DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional greeting to all callers and visitors in a timely manner

• Answer and route incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette

• Deliver exceptional customer service while facilitating visitor needs

• Guide customers to the appropriate departments for assistance

• Operate a paging system confidently and efficiently

• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding work ethic with a positive, upbeat attitude

• Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance

• Comfortable working in a structured, customer-facing environment
