Senior Electrical Engineer PE / Technical Leader - Nashville Area (Hybrid)
Salary: $130K to $155K (Total Comp $140K to $165K)
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our Team! Successful Candidates will have experience delivering Design/Build and Renovation Projects ideally for Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc. Must have Engineering Consulting experience managing multiple projects at various stages, including all planning, design, production, quality control and financial responsibilities. This person will provide technical leadership, mentoring & guidance to team members to assure total quality of all engineering efforts; Coordinates the activities of all team members and assures production meets schedules while producing a reasonable profit.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience Designing and Managing Electrical/MEP Projects for Engineering Consulting or Design/Build environment
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer Designing Power and Lighting Building Systems on complex projects.
- Project Experience Delivering New Construction and/or Renovation Projects for Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Software
- Construction Costs and Life Cycle Analysis; Experience Managing Moderate to Complex Projects
- Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline
- Demonstrated success in technical / formal communication with clients and staff
- Proven ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings
- Ability to mentor junior level staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated familiarity with Local Building Codes & Standards.
- Strong technical leadership and management skills.
