We are looking for a talented UI Designer to join our team on a contract. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting visually compelling and emotionally engaging web designs for a major financial client. This position focuses on marketing-oriented web interfaces, requiring a balance of creative storytelling and adherence to established design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Transform finalized wireframes into high-fidelity UI designs using Figma while maintaining and expanding the client’s design system.

• Collaborate with art directors, editors, and developers to deliver visually captivating and marketing-focused web experiences.

• Adapt brand guidelines and UI frameworks to create new components, storytelling modules, and interactive elements.

• Develop annotated design specifications, interaction details, and motion prototypes for seamless developer handoff.

• Clearly illustrate transitions, animations, and visual intent through storyboards, Figma prototypes, or After Effects mockups.

• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices, including desktop and mobile.

• Participate in design reviews, providing thoughtful explanations for design choices and adjustments.

• Create reusable and scalable design system components that align with enterprise branding and technical constraints.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI or Visual Design for responsive web projects, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems, prototyping, and detailed design documentation.
• Strong knowledge of design systems and ability to adapt enterprise frameworks for marketing purposes.
• Proven ability to create visually engaging, story-driven interfaces beyond transactional designs.
• Experience in developing micro-interactions, motion specifications, and collaborating with development teams.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, especially in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
• A robust visual portfolio showcasing responsive web designs and marketing-focused projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise brand systems, particularly in industries such as finance, technology, or healthcare.
